HALLOWEEN AT BSV: On Wednesday, 31st October

On Wednesday 31st October Infants and Primary are planning a Halloween event; ‘In The Dark, Dark Woods!’

This year we are aiming to create a more traditional Halloween celebration thinking about the origins of Halloween from the ancient Celtic festival; linked to the woods, harvest and nature. The children will also take part in some Halloween themed learning sessions on the day.

With the woodland and environment theme in mind, we would like to encourage pupils (and parents) to create a Halloween costume this year that is more environmentally friendly.
