Year 10, getting better at leadership
In November, our students Carmen, María and Laura were part of a two-day leadership event in Madrid, the ISP’s first ever Student Leaders Conference, where they attended workshops and a range of activities under the theme Leading Sustainable Schools and got better their leadership techniques.
On the 26th November they brought what they learnt back to BSV and ran three workshops for the rest of Year 10, focusing on public speaking, teamwork and communication and prioritising for your life. The short sessions were fantastic and all three showed fantastic leadership and great planning!
The Student Leaders Conference was held at Laude Fontenebro School and is part of the policy of promoting international experiences among the more than 40,000 students of 42 schools that are part of International Schools Partnership.
Good job, Year 10!
